At last, it’s here!

After many months in design and development, industry-leading Italian Options once again pushes forward, bringing the best service to our trade customers. This new website is fully up to date technically speaking, and should remove many of the bugbears of our previous six year old website.

While all visitors, members of the public and our trade customers alike, are welcome to browse the site, only our signed-in customers are able to see prices and place orders. This, along with our price-free printed product catalogue, will make useful marketing tools for our customers.

Much more for our trade customers. Once you are signed up (quick and easy, but your application will be validated by our sales staff) and logged in you will have access to our full range of products – approaching 4,000 lines – along with their prices and quantity discounts. You also have unrestricted downloads of the latest price list in PDF format; special offer products; personalised ribbons; your current order status and all of your previous online orders.

More detail, easier searching. As you wander through the new website you will see much more product information and bigger, clearer and more detailed product photos. There is easier navigation as well as being able to drill down to find the specific product you are looking for based on colour, size or shape.

More convenient ordering. You can place your orders 24hrs a day – no more waiting for opening hours to make a phone call and, at last, we can take payment directly online.

We hope the hard work meets your approval (yes we know, no one likes change!) and that the changes help you build your business and save some of your valuable time. More changes are in the pipeline, all with the aim of giving the best service to our trade customers.

We will be open until 12 noon on Thursday 21st December. Orders received before 12 noon will be processed and despatched before we close for the holiday.

We will then reopen 9am Wednesday 3rd January 2018.

All orders and enquires received throughout the holiday will be processed when we return.
